High-speed double sides labeling machine can support very high demand for labeling speed of transmission line, and is suitable for the flat bottle, round bottle, square bottles of single and double sides labeling, such as flat shampoo bottles, lubricating oil flat bottle, hand sanitizer round bottles of double sides labeling, such as two sides with paste, double the efficiency, is widely used in chemical, cosmetics, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.
Working principle:
When the sensor detects the passing of the product, it transmits the signal to the labeling control system PLC. After the signal is processed by the PLC high-speed operation, the sticker is sent at an appropriate time and attached to the set position of the product. The product passes through the labeling device.
Operation mode:
Product placement (connected pipeline) -- > product delivery -- > product separation -- > product guidance -- > labeling (automatic realization of equipment) -- > labeling -- > collection of labeled products.
Sticker production requirements:
The spacing between labels is 2-4mm
The label is 2mm from the bottom edge
Label backing paper is made of grassine, which is strong enough to avoid breaking (avoid cutting) the backing paper.
